As Operations Manager at Madison Gunn, Anna is responsible for the management and support of various operational functions throughout the company. She serves as a liaison with Madison Gunn partners and supports their needs, from onboarding and HR facilitation to client and consultant relations and everything in between. She provides internal teams with up-to-date information and data to supplement their responsibilities and helps to coordinate and lead special projects. She also spends her time developing and maintaining team operating procedures and works closely with the IT and Marketing teams on brand development and technology needs for the firm.
Before joining the team, Anna worked as a recruiter for Madison Gunn’s parent company, Signature Consultants. As a recruiter, she sourced professionals for the company’s Financial Services Division, with a focus in IT and analytics. Prior to Signature, Anna spent 12 years in the event planning industry, serving as Project Manager for a variety of complex events. In that role she was able to learn the value of relationship-building, managing deadlines and the management skills required to plan, design and execute on projects that require constant and detailed communication with the client. Anna is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Sports, Entertainment, and Event Management.
Outside of the office you will find Anna staying active in the community by participating in various Charlotte events, and spending time outdoors with her adopted dog George.
